THE ROLE
A unique leadership opportunity has arisen for an accomplished finance executive to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function within Group Finance. This high-impact role is central to enhancing financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and shaping the Group’s financial narrative at a time of significant transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Group’s forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across strategy, operations, and corporate functions.
- Deliver actionable insights through scenario modelling, trend analysis, and market intelligence.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and support key strategic initiatives.
- Oversee executive and external reporting, including SEC regulatory filings.
- Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
About You – Key Profile
You are a qualified accountant (minimum 10 years PQE), with a strong financial accounting foundation and ideally experience in group consolidation and Hyperion systems. You bring a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical acumen, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
