Here in Barden, we are delighted to be partnering with our multinational client in their search for a Finance professional to join a best-in class Finance team.
Sitting in the heart of the manufacturing site, this will suit someone who is passionate about partnering with business stakeholders, with a natural skill in translating finance data into meaningful insights for the business.
This role presents a great opportunity to join a leading global pharmaceutical company with exposure to both FP&A as well as Global Inventory. ABOUT THE ROLE
• Contribution to the annual budget and monthly forecasts cycles.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, becoming subject matter expert with the ability to provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business and cross functional teams at all levels.
• Involvement in global inventory reconciliation & reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on creating efficiencies across the finance function.
• Ad hoc duties and projects to support the growing needs of the business.

ABOUT THE PERSON
• Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence at a senior level in the organization.
• Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity.
• Organised, efficient and confident personality, positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
