Barden are delighted to be supporting our client, a hugely successful property developer who are looking for a proactive and experienced Front of House Administrator/Receptionist to join their team.
This person will provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth running of property management services. The ideal person will be outgoing, energetic and have experience providing administration support in busy environment.
This is an onsite position in state-of-the-art offices operating from Monday – Friday, office hours rotate within the times of 7am-7pm.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Handle general office tasks like answering phones, scheduling, and managing emails.
- Address tenant enquiries and, requests concerns promptly.
- Follow security procedures for visitors.
- Assist with Health and Safety administration.
- Complete incident and activity reports as needed.
- Manage property listings and tenant records.
- Assist with financial tasks, including Purchase Orders.
- Handle inbound and outbound mail.
- Support the facilities and administration teams with ad hoc duties.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience as a front office administrator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in facilities administration is a plus.
