Barden are working with a Global Asset Management company who are looking for a Fund Accounting Manger to join their growing team. This role will be reporting into the Senior Associate Director of Client Operations. Experience in Private Equity and Real Estate is essential for this role

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage the team and delegation of tasks across a high volume of daily deliverables
- Ensure team deadlines are met efficiently
- Main focus is completion of NAVs as agreed with clients as per fund documentation
- Complete and review waterfall calculations, fees and any dividends
- Ensure team are trained and up to date on procedures
- Review reporting for the regulatory authorities
- Help with the preparation and review of financial statements
- Communicate NAV and NAV related queries with internal departments
ABOUT THE PERSON
- 5 years experience within Funds, specifically Private Equity and Real Estate funds
- Relevant degree – Business, Finance, Accounting
- Proven leadership skills on a team
- Familiar with both Cayman and Irish products
- You have an ability to organize and prioritize tasks that focuses on the goals of the department and organization
- You are able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
