Opportunity Highlights:
- Lead the design aspect of the Strategic Capital Programs required to deliver capacity and business continuity planning (BCP) for the PCGS business.
- The key deliverable is a “fit-for-purpose” design that meets critical strategic BCP and capacity requirements, reducing overall business risk.
- Manage project teams of over 40 engineers (staff and contract) across all sites to deliver strategic capital design.
- Drive the development and implementation of new technologies to future-proof and modernize the PGCS concentrate business.
- Provide technical guidance during project design and implementation, including commissioning and process qualification to ensure technology viability.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience delivering the design aspect of large/complex capital projects in a global and diverse environment.
- Significant technical competency in the engineering field, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive change.
- Degree qualification in Chemical or Process engineering (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in process plant technical standards, project concept development, business case and capital approval, and design, procurement, and installation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work at all levels in an international organization
