ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Develop a Master Resource Plan based on current demand data, covering production and procurement needs for up to 2 years.
  • Create capacity plans to identify and mitigate supply bottlenecks and underutilization.
  • Manage complex supply plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal solutions.
  • Set inventory levels and balance supply availability with costs.
  • Monitor execution, address deviations, and communicate supply risks.
  • Ensure proper phasing of products and maintain core supply data.
  • Key performance indicators include Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back Orders, and Lead Time.
  • Address performance issues through root cause analysis.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in planning roles, with expertise in ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in master data management.
  • Project management experience, particularly in problem-solving and lean methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IBP and S&OP principles.
