ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Develop a Master Resource Plan based on current demand data, covering production and procurement needs for up to 2 years.
- Create capacity plans to identify and mitigate supply bottlenecks and underutilization.
- Manage complex supply plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal solutions.
- Set inventory levels and balance supply availability with costs.
- Monitor execution, address deviations, and communicate supply risks.
- Ensure proper phasing of products and maintain core supply data.
- Key performance indicators include Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back Orders, and Lead Time.
- Address performance issues through root cause analysis.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in planning roles, with expertise in ERP systems.
- Proficiency in master data management.
- Project management experience, particularly in problem-solving and lean methodologies.
- Familiarity with IBP and S&OP principles.
