Barden are delighted to have been asked to act on behalf of the CFO of a Tech, Irish HQ, P/E backed company to support the appointment of a Group Financial Controller.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Drive innovation of the global finance processes and reporting across the business.
- Ownership of financial reporting and compliance deliverables for the group.
- Lead and inspire a small team including career development goals & performance management processes.
- Ensure robust and qualitative finance policies and procedures are embedded across the group.
- Foster strong partnerships across Commercial, Legal, HR, Operations, and Finance to support growth and expansion initiatives.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Accounting qualification with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant practice and industry experience.
- Experience in fast-paced international environment, ideally in a group finance environment.
- Managed high performing teams in a period of transformation and change.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to articulate the numbers to non finance people.
- Have strong IT and project management skills.
