ROLE: Director of Digital Transformation

LOCATION: Dublin / Hybrid

Barden is delighted to have been asked to act on behalf of a leading advisory firm to support the search for a Director (Partner potential) of Digital Transformation.

With significant local and global operations across the Financial Services Advisory space the Managing Partner of this firm is looking to make a strategic appointment in the Digital Transformation area to capitalize on an existing pipeline of projects, own the definition of the Digital Transformation Advisory strategy for the FS Advisory firm locally and internationally and to ultimately grow a team/practice in this area.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Be a ‘Trusted Advisor’ both internally and externally with a key focus on Digital delivery
• You’ll get to guide the maturity of an emerging Digital function
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure my clients Digital strategy is ‘ahead of the curve’.
• Strive to utilize your past experience of overseeing a Waterfall to Agile transformation, advising key clients on ‘Agile ways of working’.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• The successful candidate will have a digital transformation consulting background specifically within the FS arena.
• You’ll be passionate about Digital Tech and have your ‘finger-on-the-pulse’ when it comes to the latest & greatest in this regard.
• If you have led a Waterfall to Agile transformation in a global business then my client would be keen to speak with you.
• Additionally, if you have an FS Consulting background OR have been leading digital transformation within a large FS organisation, then we should definitely talk.
