Barden has partnered with an Irish Not for Profit to hire a Head of Finance (HOF) to join and lead their team. The role is a key hire for the organisation and is part of the SLT. ABOUT THE ROLE
- The HOF is responsible for leading the Finance function, ensuring its efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with best practices.
- This role involves developing and implementing strategic objectives to maintain the organisation’s financial sustainability and success.
- Additionally, the HOF plays a key role in strategy implementation, policy formation, and aligning with the organisations’ values to support their vision of enhancing the lives of those using their services
ABOUT THE PERSON
- The successful person will be a qualified accountant with 6+years PQE, with experience in a management role.
- Experience of the Not for profit sector desirable
- Commercially minded with high-level strategic thinking and leadership.
- Strong analytical abilities and concise reporting.
- Experience in risk management and related processes.
- Skilled in information technology.
- Excellent communication and people management.
