Barden is delighted to assist our client, a well-known Irish brand within the FMCG industry, currently experiencing an exciting growth phase in their search for a HR Assistant to support their expanding team. This is a hybrid role with three days onsite in West Cork required.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Previous experience in an HR role or relevant HR administrative position.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
