As a HR Generalist, you’ll be a key player in delivering a seamless HR service across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll support a fast-paced corporate environment, ensuring best practices in HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and stakeholder engagement.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor, guiding managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support HR projects (e.g., engagement initiatives, DE&I, learning & development).
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports for insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- 3-4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
