Barden is partnering on an exclusive basis with an IT Services organisation seeking a commercial lawyer to join the Legal team.
This is an organisation known for its flexibility and work life balance offered, with excellent reputation as an employer. The organisation will consider applications from individuals with relevant experience based anywhere in Ireland, with occasional/semi-regular attendance in the Dublin office.
THE ROLE
The role will focus on reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with public and private sector customers and suppliers, such as MSAs, NDAs, subcontracts, etc. You’ll be advising the business with regards to the legal risk assessment with a commercial and solutions oriented mindset.

THE PERSON
- A qualified lawyer in Ireland or the UK, or otherwise with significant experience working with relevant organisations in these countries;
- Superb contract review and negotiation experience under UK or Irish Public Sector Frameworks OR in the private sector with a consultancy firm working on a variety of complex commercial contracts primarily on client template, including subcontractor relationships (flow-down of obligations and compliance with prime contract terms).
