Barden is working with a well known business seeking a solicitor with strong commercial training to join its legal team in Cork. The successful candidate will work within a team of lawyers to provide in-house legal advice across a range of areas.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will support the Head of Legal in providing general legal advice, particularly in matters of a commercial nature, contracts, corporate law and other legislation/regulations applicable to the business, policies, litigation and dispute resolution.

THE PERSON
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE;
- Solid corporate/commercial legal training, ideally with a top tier firm;
- Strong experience providing legal advice on commercial issues, such as in the context of commercial contracts or commercial litigation.
