ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to play a critical part in the expansion of a growing business.
- Providing advice, guidance and strategic counsel to the company on a wide variety of commercial and corporate deals
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising on various commercial contracts and agreements
- Managing IP and related matters
- Assisting with corporate M&A transactions and other corporate governance activities
- Assisting with the management of disputes, litigation and employment matters
- Delivering legal training to the business on a variety of different compliance topics and promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the business
- Working with and managing external counsel
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business
- Providing practical and business-minded legal advice to business stakeholders on a variety of legal topics.

ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years’ PQE
- Significant commercial experience, including extensive experience on commercial contracts, in a leading corporate law firm or in-house position
- Experience working internationally
