Information Security & Red Team Senior Manager

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee its Offensive Security and Red Team operations.

This role involves leading a team of ethical hackers, managing advanced penetration testing campaigns, and working closely with the vulnerability management team to improve the organisation’s security posture.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Lead and manage Red Team operations, including penetration testing and simulated attacks.
• Supervise a team of penetration testers, both internal and external.
• Design and implement security campaigns to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance security strategies.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• A minimum of 7 years in information security or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in offensive security or Red Team management.
• Strong leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving security initiatives.
• Expertise in offensive security tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Cobalt Strike.
• Solid experience in vulnerability management and analytics.
