Barden has partnered with a leading Company to hire an Investment Manager to join their team responsible for overseeing an Investment Fund, managing various transactions and supporting existing investee companies.

THE ROLE
Key responsibilities include:
- industry and company research assisting
- companies in business growth plans, analysing financial and operational results researching
- legal and accounting issues related to transactions drafting
- investment term sheets and legal documentation
- financial modelling
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified accountant or CFA charterholder.
- At least 1 year post qualified experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Restructuring, M&A, or equivalent.
- The candidate should have a strong academic background with excellent analytical and IT skills.
- Experience in financial due diligence, business valuations, and investment structuring is a strong advantage.
- The candidate should be a proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability to new challenges, and the ability to build relationships.
