Barden is delighted to partner with a leading Global Retail organization, working alongside the Head of Projects and Innovation, to find an ambitious IT Business Analyst. This IT Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of customer experience, making a tangible impact with every step you take.
“We are embarking on an incredible journey to revolutionize the customer experience, and we need a talented IT Business Analyst to help lead the way. This role is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on our seismic transformation, bridging the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology solutions. Join us and be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of our global retail organization.” – The Head of Projects and Innovation
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, understand business processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in converting these requirements into clear and actionable specifications for delivery teams. You will work closely with the teams to ensure alignment between business needs and proposed cloud technology solutions. This is a hybrid role with an initial 12-month contract and a strong likelihood of extension/conversion.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with 3-7 years of experience, ready to hit the ground running. While Supply Chain/Retail experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional and technical specifications.
