ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and deploying new equipment. You’ll ensure smooth operations for clients through both on-site and remote support while meeting SLA targets

ABOUT THE PERSON:

1+ years in IT support
Strong skills in Microsoft 365, hardware, networking & user admin.
Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or related field).
Full Irish driving licence & own transport.
Microsoft Certs would be very beneficial.
