ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Partner with Finance leadership to shape IT, Digital & Analytical strategies, identifying key challenges, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for Finance technology programs, clearly outlining ROI and long-term benefits.
- Lead the design and implementation of finance-related digital solutions, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Oversee the successful execution of IT, Digital & Analytical Finance initiatives, ensuring transformative capabilities for the Finance function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial systems and processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
- Build strong relationships and engage stakeholders effectively to ensure seamless adoption and success of technology-driven projects.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Holds a degree in IT, Accounting, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in IT business strategy, particularly global ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of core ERP Finance solutions, Finance Analytics, and Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budgeting.
- Proven experience in business planning – outlining company goals and strategies – analysing objectives to set the roadmap to success
- Proven ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive digital transformation within the Finance function.
- Skilled in building relationships, managing communications, and influencing key stakeholders across global teams.
- Experience in managing budgets, ensuring successful delivery of IT and finance programs.
