Barden is proud to be working with an Irish fund management company looking to hire a paralegal to join their very tight and collegiate legal team in Dublin.
While this is a permanent position, the company is looking for someone focused and ambitious who has a very defined career path for themselves and who wants to pursue the FE1 exams and train as a Solicitor. The team sees the role as a natural stepping stone for someone while they study for the FE1s. In return, they are hoping to have a dedicated and talented colleague for 18-24 months.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the review of marketing materials for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Assisting with the drafting and reviewing of fund documentation and agreements.
- Dealing with internal legal queries and assisting with the provision of advice to internal departments on applicable laws and regulations.
- Researching areas of law and topics of interest for the Legal team.
- Assisting the Legal team with all aspects of office management, including document and file management.
The Person:
- Someone who has just finished their law degree or who has circa 6 months of legal experience.
- Someone who has plans to start the FE1 exams in the short while or has completed a few already.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills is essential.
