Barden is partnering with a leading business headquartered in Ireland and with operations across Europe, looking to hire a Legal & Compliance Executive.
This is an organisation in significant expansion in an area with huge job security and with plenty of growth and progression opportunities.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for providing legal, compliance and administrative support to the Head of Legal and a variety of stakeholders across the business, primarily in areas such as corporate governance, employment law, drafting legal documents, AML, legal research, and administrative tasks.
THE PERSON
- 3+ years’ of relevant experience in a legal, corporate governance or compliance role, ideally in-house.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organised and with excellent attention to detail.
