Barden is partnering with a well-known financial services and fintech group who is currently expanding its legal team. This company is known to be an excellent employer.

The position can be done remotely from anywhere in Ireland.

THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a lawyer to focus on commercial contracts, such as supplier and tendering agreements. Looking for ideally a 1-3 years’ PQE Irish or UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister with strong experience in autonomously reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Interested in lawyers from a corporate/commercial background but also open to other areas such as Commercial Property, Data Protection, Banking & Finance (if transactional), etc.
