A rapidly growing asset management company based in Dublin is looking to hire a Funds Lawyer to join its legal team, reporting into the Head of Legal, on a fixed term maternity leave contract.

THE ROLE
- Advise and work on the full lifecycle of product (fund) development, starting from conception, through completing Central Bank and any other necessary approval applications, managing any required amendments, up to product launch, etc.
- Draft and review a variety of fund transactional documentation (ISDA Agreements, transaction confirmations, give-up agreements etc.) and commercial contracts connected with the operations of the management company and the funds under management (IMAs with third party managers, investment advisory agreements, licensing agreements etc.);
- Review and draft fund and management company documentation and any ancillary documents (Prospectus, Supplements, KIIDs, Business Plan, etc);
- Advise on the implementation of any legislative and regulatory requirements and keep up with any such new developments impacting the business and its Irish and Luxembourg fund umbrellas (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, EMIR, SFDR, CP86, company governance requirements, etc.).
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Irish or UK qualified Solicitor
- Relevant experience (similar as described above) in investment funds is key
