We are working with a leading global company in the manufacturing sector to identify a Legal Counsel to act as the organisation’s sole lawyer in Ireland, to be based in their Dublin offices on a hybrid model.

In this role, the successful candidate will primarily support the companies’ financing activities, as well as the manufacturing function. working in matters such as corporate finance, corporate governance, general corporate/commercial matters, and small elements of compliance.
THE PROFILE
The business is ideally seeking an Irish qualified Solicitor trained or with experience in a top tier commercial law firm with at least 3+ years’ experience. There is flexibility as to the area of specialisation of the successful individual but candidates should have strong corporate/commercial exposure. Exposure to corporate finance and banking matters, such as intra-company loan agreements, as well as having previous in-house experience, are all considered a bonus.
