Barden has been engaged by a global technology company who are recruiting a Legal Counsel to join their legal team in Dublin.
With a focus across the EMEA region, this will be a broad role working on a range of areas, to include:
- Commercial contracts
- Commercial and corporate transactions
- Compliance matters
- Litigation / dispute resolution
- Property matters
- Employment
The successful candidate will work closely with the Dublin-based legal team. They will also work with global legal colleagues and a variety of business stakeholders.

ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified as a lawyer in Ireland or elsewhere in the EU
- 3-6 years of experience advising multinational clients, particularly in respect of complex commercial contracts
- Litigation lawyers with experience navigating complex contracts, for example construction related litigation, will also be considered
- Experience in an in-house environment (through a secondment or otherwise) would be desirable
