Legal Executive (Banking & Finance)

Barden have been engaged by a mid sized legal firm to identify their next Legal Secretary (Legal Executive) who will work as part of their growing banking and finance practice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• The Banking and Finance team has a wealth of experience and a superb reputation within the banking sector for providing a high level of service and expertise on all aspects of lending, restructuring, property and project finance, security due-diligence and refinancing.
• This is a unique role that offers the right person a lot of autonomy but they will also need to work well as part of a team, actively contributing to the department’s development and continued success.
• Responsibilities will include the preparation of loan, security and other transaction documents, dealing with transaction completion matters to include registrations and filings, engagement with clients and colleagues, and other transaction/file administration tasks.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years’ experience in property lending and banking or a experience within a legal support role.
• Experienced Executive Assistant’s or Personal Assistant’s will be considered.
