Barden is supporting a well-established, medium-sized, Dublin City law firm with identifying a strong litigation solicitor to join the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will have a dual role within the firm, providing internal advices to the team and also taking responsibility for certain client facing matters.
In-house advices:
The solicitor will work alongside a team of legal executives who each take full responsibility for the management of uncontested debt recovery cases but who will require ad hoc support from the solicitor in respect of a variety of queries. This internal advisory piece will make up 50% of the role.
External advices:
All contested cases will be managed by the solicitor, primarily acting for institutional clients.
ABOUT THE PERSON
You will be a qualified solicitor ideally with at least 3 years’ PQE and strong experience in litigation.
