My client is a successful, growing legal firm in Cork City. Due to growth and ongoing success, they are looking for an Office Administrator/ Receptionist to ensure the smooth running of the busy office.
This role will be a key permanent role supporting the Administration function and working with a friendly team in a very centrally located office.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Signing in Guests
- Emails, typing, filing, handling post
- Maintain and update logs for phone, mail, supplies, deliveries etc
- Deal with incoming calls to the office
- Follow up & Liaise with suppliers
- Ensure compliance
- Ensure adherence to controls
- Document control
