About the Role
As a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator, you will:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the senior leadership team
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate events across multiple time zones
- Handle confidential information with discretion and manage high-priority communications
- Organise business and personal travel, including flights, transport, hotels, and itinerary planning
- Assist with office operations, including office supply procurement, equipment management, and facility coordination
- Coordinate courier services and manage various office-related tasks
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and property management teams
- Work closely with a global team to ensure seamless operations across multiple locations
About the Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with discretion and responsibility in handling sensitive matters
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is desirable
