Barden is thrilled to partner with a prestigious and rapidly growing organization in their search for a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator to support their senior leadership team in Dublin.

About the Role

As a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the senior leadership team
  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate events across multiple time zones
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and manage high-priority communications
  • Organise business and personal travel, including flights, transport, hotels, and itinerary planning
  • Assist with office operations, including office supply procurement, equipment management, and facility coordination
  • Coordinate courier services and manage various office-related tasks
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and property management teams
  • Work closely with a global team to ensure seamless operations across multiple locations

About the Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with discretion and responsibility in handling sensitive matters
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is desirable
