Barden is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading boutique legal firm in Ireland that is seeking an Office Manager/HR Administrator for their Cork office. This role is crucial in supporting employees and ensuring the smooth operational running of the office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate administrative processes to support the legal team.
- Assist the team with administration tasks, such as marking up legal documents.
- Implement and maintain office procedures for ensure productivity.
- Handle HR functions, including onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Proven experience as an Office Manager with a focus on HR functions.
- Experience as legal executive/secretary and familiarity with legal office procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
