Barden is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading boutique legal firm in Ireland that is seeking an Office Manager/HR Administrator for their Cork office. This role is crucial in supporting employees and ensuring the smooth operational running of the office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative processes to support the legal team.
  • Assist the team with administration tasks, such as marking up legal documents.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures for ensure productivity.
  • Handle HR functions, including onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager with a focus on HR functions.
  • Experience as legal executive/secretary and familiarity with legal office procedures is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
