ROLE: Oracle Fusion Senior Manager (ERP, EPM, HCM)

Barden are delighted to partner with a global leading Business Consulting practice to support the appointment of a number of opportunities within their Oracle team. The ‘Oracle Senior Manager – Fusion applications’ roles span across Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) & Human Capital Management (HCM).
These opportunities will support the provision of advisory services focused on Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically ERP, EPM & HCM enablement, migration to Oracle Fusion Applications, and quality assurance of any ongoing implementation. They role will specialise in Oracle Fusion Financials and associated modules.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities will include:
Working as a Senior Manager in our Finance Transformation practice, you will:
- Operate at senior manager level with a strong delivery track record in Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) & who can leverage technology-based solutions to deliver optimal business outcomes for our clients.
- Specialise in implementing Oracle Fusion Applications, with specific expertise in ERP, EPM or HCM working closely with our clients to support them in making strategic and operational decisions about their businesses.
- You will be a trusted business advisor to our clients with a strong Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM of HCM implementation background.
- Working experience on Oracle Fusion Financials will be essential.
- Work as part of a client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
- Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery.
- Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand the business and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
- Contribute to Finance Transformation practice development specifically in the areas of operations, thought leadership, marketing activities and training.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in Consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
Skills and attributes for success:
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience
- Previous consulting experience is a must for this role.
- Strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a finance/accounting, business, computer science or project related area.
- MBA, ACCA/ACA/CIMA and/or PMP/Prince2 qualification and/or Oracle Cloud certifications
- Full lifecycle experience of a minimum of five large Oracle ERP (covering Oracle Cloud Financial Applications), EPM or HCM implementations.
- Knowledge of implementing other Oracle Fusion Applications, such as SCM and Projects Cloud
- Ability to configure, test and identify best practice for an Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM or HCM implementation, with experience in migrating from Oracle EBS
- Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) highly preferred.
- Oracle Certifications in Cloud Applications
- Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM
