About the position
- Advise private businesses, owners of private businesses, high net worth individuals and families on a diverse range of tax and non tax matters
- Some projects include advising on structuring for high net worth individuals, succession & estate planning, corporate advice, business owner advice, transaction services and M&A
- Develop your own relationships with a portfolio of clients and develop new client relationships
- Be proactive in bringing innovative ideas to your clients
- Collaborate with the team on solving complex probems and also to develop digital tools to help maximise client experience
- Coach and develop less experienced members of the team
About the person
- Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) operating at senior manager or director level with a private client / business tax background
- Strong technical and client relationship skills with excellent advisory skills
- Ambitious individual keen to continue to develop and seek progression opportunities
- Team player, ability to motivate and encourage others to achieve their potential
- Excellent communication skills
