Barden FS are delighted to be working with one of Ireland’s leading global financial services providers who are looking for a Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager to join their team. Previous eFront experience is key for this role as this person will play a pivotal part in growing this team out of their Cork office.

About the Role:
- Acting as a point of contact for investment managers, brokers, and custodians for any questions/queries in accordance with the company’s service standards.
- Oversight of client relations, ensuring timely and accurate NAV calculations and any other client specific reporting requirements.
- Responsible for the reconciliation and calculation of periodic (monthly/quarterly) NAVs of various private equity and hybrid funds.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements of the funds and with internal deadlines for reporting and MIS.
- Supervision and training and recruiting of accounting staff.
About the Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area – accounting, finance, economics, business, etc.
- Around 4-5 years of fund accounting experience, previous supervisory/managerial experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with Investran & eFront accounting systems (essential).
- Sound knowledge of private equity fund accounting, fund types and life-cycle events.
- Proficient computer skills including Excel & Word.
