Barden have been retained by a rapidly scaling Software Technology Group to help identify a new Project Manager to join their expanding team. Working in a remote capacity in the UK or Ireland the successful person will work closely with functions, such as IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, to help drive the business forward. The successful person will also report to Senior Leaders and Executives across the organisation.
My client is looking for self-starter who is bright, technically strong, analytical, and decisive with excellent leadership and communication skills. ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Leading business enablement and change management workstreams to prepare the organisation for change
- Help to develop, model, and share best practice in project management across the organisation
- Contribute to reporting across portfolio of strategic initiatives supporting achievement of our OKRs
- Responsible for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of various strategic projects
- Work closely with Executive Sponsors, Business Owners, Functional Leaders, and 3rd parties where necessary to drive successful project implementation to achieve project objectives
- Produce analytics and reporting data where required, e.g., to support reporting on business performance to Executives
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Third level degree in a related field, as well as an industry recognised Project Management Qualification
- Experience in relevant roles including project management, management consulting, change management etc.
- Track record of driving organisational and cross-functional alignment to produce positive outcomes within a fast paced, engaging, technology environment
- Experience in waterfall and/or agile project management methodology
