Regulatory Compliance Programme Manager (9-Month Contract)
Are you a detail-oriented compliance professional with a passion for delivering high-impact regulatory initiatives? Our client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Programme Manager to join a dynamic global company on a 9-month contract, supporting key compliance programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely delivery of all compliance initiatives overseen by the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
- Define relevant compliance requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations.
- Develop and maintain project plans to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Document process flows and key decisions to support transparency and governance.
- Prepare briefings and reports for leadership, ensuring clear communication of compliance priorities.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across the organisation, taking ownership of cross-functional working groups.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments for Digital Services Act (DSA) and Online Safety Act (OSA)
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in compliance programme management, regulatory projects, or a related field.
- Experience working on compliance projects within a platform-based business is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute structured plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
