ABOUT THE ROLE
As an SAP Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and enhancing SAP solutions to drive efficiency and transformation. This role focuses on delivering a major billing transformation project leveraging S/4HANA SD, while collaborating with global teams primarily based in Cork.
- Engage in requirements gathering and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
- Conduct blueprint/design workshops for the Order-to-Cash process.
- Implement and customize solutions using SAP S/4HANA SD/Billing, ABAP development, and related tools.
- Support cloud integration initiatives with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Google Cloud (GCP).
- Drive digitization strategies, leveraging AI-driven capabilities to enhance system efficiency and analytics.
ABOUT YOU
You are a motivated, mid-level professional with a strong foundation in SAP or cloud technologies, eager to expand your expertise in SAP transformation projects.
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP or cloud-based technologies.
- SAP expertise – Ideally SAP SD/Billing, but strong technical SAP skills (RAP, CDS, Event Framework) are also highly valued.
- If no direct SAP experience, experience in GCP development (Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Functions) with a willingness to learn SAP is welcomed.
- Strong system understanding, with the ability to interpret and work with technical details.
- Exposure to cloud integration platforms like SAP BTP and GCP is highly desirable.
- Experience leveraging AI and analytics tools in ERP projects is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in SAP or Agile methodologies are a plus but not required.
