ROLE: Security Assurance Manager
LOCATION: Dublin City (Hybrid)
Barden IT are delighted to be supporting a Global Organisation in their search for a ‘Security Assurance Manager’ to join them in their Global Head Office in Dublin City.
Working within the Cyber Security function, the successful person will work across all Technology projects. As our client are investing hundreds of millions into technology to support their Global expansion journey, there is a need to maintain the security posture so that the security health of the business is not undermined.
This position offers a competitive salary, 25% bonus and impressive benefits.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Work across all Technology projects to ensure security and data privacy requirements are fully documented and understood.
- Ensure all new projects build in the appropriate security controls and measures to comply with the Technology GDPR / Security Stage Gates and standards
- Ensure that all projects follow the PMO gate governance process and complete GDPR / Security impact assessments before going live
- Work with project teams and vendors to schedule penetration tests and security code reviews, manage, coordinate and assess results
- Support & deliver assigned initiatives in line with the Cyber roadmap
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Experience focused on Information Security and a proven track record working with a security / privacy focus ensuring projects & programmes apply relevant security controls ensuring compliance with information security policy
- Cyber security experience within a retail or regulated environment
- Working knowledge of Penetration testing, Privacy & Security principles, techniques and technologies
- A recognised security/privacy certification is desirable e.g. CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIPPE, CIPM, or CRISC
