ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The company is a rapidly-growing, investor-backed organisation operating internationally within the Tech industry. Reporting to the CEO, this will be a very broad role and will support the Board in providing financial insights for which they can base their future decisions.

This would suit a candidate with broad expedience in a mid size business and who is ready to take the lead on managing the finance function of a rapidly growing business.now

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Provide financial leadership, real-time insights and strategic decision support
Manage and deliver monthly and quarterly management accounts and information
Design and implement cashflow reporting and budgets
Analyse trends in sales, costs and margins across products and countries
Optimise our accounting systems and integrations with CRM and payment systems
Manage payroll, bonuses, expenses, invoicing, accounts payable
Manage relationships with external accountants, banks, Revenue and manage all financial relationships with suppliers
Support investor relations, including liaising with legal and tax advisors

ABOUT THE PERSON:

Qualified accountant with circa 4-5 years’ experience
Ambitious – looking for a breakthrough career opportunity
Highly commercial, with an appetite for a fast-paced start-up environment
Comfortable with cloud-based tools and APIs
Experience with Xero and HubSpot a plus
