Barden are delighted to have been engaged by a leading property company, as they invite a qualified accounting professional to join their team in a newly created role as a Senior Financial Analyst.
An exciting time to join the team, with plenty of opportunities due to growth. This role will suit an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist in planning and reviewing of business plans;
- Assist in the preparation of property reports;
- Cash flow management;
- Analyse company performance, in terms of historical data, forecasts and industry benchmarks;
- Assist in the the appraisal of acquisitions and disposals;
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and other specialists;
- On-going process improvement and ad-hoc projects as they arise.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified accounting professional;
- 1-3 years experience within a commercial finance role;
- Team player with ability to contribute both individually and as part of a team;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
