Barden has been enlisted to search for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join an innovative global consultancy to manage complex change projects successfully.

About the Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end change projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for all involved.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that put people first and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration throughout the change process.
- Conduct change readiness assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement, with a focus on empowering teams and individuals to embrace change.
- Measure project success criteria and track progress using innovative tools and techniques, always keeping a human-centred approach at the forefront.
- Manage project resources, including team members, budget, and timelines, with an emphasis on open communication and teamwork.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and clients, always with a focus on transparency and empathy.
About The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Previous Change Management experience
- Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably with experience in public sector projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex change projects, with a focus on people and collaboration.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
