Barden are delighted to exclusively support a Global Healthcare organisation, collaborating closely with their Head of International CRM in their search for an ambitious professional to join their team as a Senior Business Analyst.
Joining the team in their Dublin HQ, the successful person will have the opportunity to create a meaningful impact from the beginning in this critical role, focused on creating strong relationships and providing guidance and support to field-based teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Work with Veeva Commercial Cloud platform.
- Identify business problems and analyse business requirements for field-based teams.
- Lead components of system delivery and assure user acceptance.
- Identify and investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the implementation of improvements.
- Further develop the system and contribute to the roadmap.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Relevant experience in business analysis, IT project management.
- Experience in Veeva or Salesforce is essential.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated success developing and presenting solutions to complex business situations.
- Highly proficient analytical and software skills aimed at data analysis and operational efficiency.
