ABOUT THE COMPANY
Barden has been engaged by a leading renewable energy company with significant Irish operations based in Dublin to assist with identifying a senior company secretary / corporate governance expert to join its team.
The successful candidate will be appointed as Company Secretary to a number of the group entities and will enjoy a varied role with significant exposure to the leadership team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provision of day-to-day company secretarial and corporate governance support to the group’s senior management team, boards and sub-committees
- Providing company secretarial support for a wide variety of group transactions
- Providing guidance and corporate governance support to domestic and overseas teams on an ongoing basis
- Participation in a range of cross-functional projects with stakeholders across the business and development of excellent business partnering relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Responsibility for all core company secretarial compliance, actions, filings, record keeping, deadlines preparation of all related documentation

ABOUT THE PERSON:
- You will be ICSA qualified with significant experience (8years+) working in an in-house company secretarial role with a multinational commercial organisation
- Previous IPO experience or experience working for a PLC is an advantage
