Barden is thrilled to collaborate with our client, one of Ireland’s premier foodservice providers, as they embark on an exciting growth journey. As part of this expansion, they are seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll manage the debtor’s ledger, ensuring smooth operations and timely payments. You’ll work closely with various departments within the company, fostering strong relationships and efficient processes. Reporting directly to the assistant credit manager, you’ll monitor ledger performance and generate essential reports.

Located in Co Limerick, this position requires someone with a driver’s license to commute to their offices. Along with a hybrid work offering, we provide an attractive benefits package.


  • Manage assigned customer base and ledger to maintain overall debtor day
  • Regularly communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Independently collect overdue debt, resolve disputed accounts and negotiate payment terms
  • Adhere to Credit Management policies and procedures and provide weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by the Credit Management Team
  • Maintain the Debtors Ledger
  • Set customer credit terms and limits and address customer queries promptly


  • Minimum 5 years of credit/accounts experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Full driver’s license
