Our client is a large Irish Multinational who are looking for a Qualified Accountant (0-4 years PQE) to join their team as a Senior Internal Auditor in a permanent role.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop one’s career in newly created and growing IA Function, reporting directly to the head of the department.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Support business functions in overseeing and implementing internal control reviews and improvements.
- Assessing risk and making recommendations for remediation and improvement.
- Project management of a number of key initiatives.
- Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Other related ad hoc activities, as required.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) with 0-4 years PQE.
- Prior Internal Audit experience is preferred.
- Commercial mind-set and value-add focus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
