Barden are working with a financial services company who are looking to expand their Credit Department, with an Oborading Specialist. This team provides looks after onboarding, documentation reviewing and approval, processing payment details and loan drawdowns
The main responsibilities of this team are creating new investment records and maintaining existing client records and ensuring they are up to date with periodic reviews.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of investor records.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and operations requirements
- Procedure maintenance following the change control process
- Documentation reviewing/updating as required
- Processing loans for drawdown and assist with new application processes
- Workflow queue management
- Day to day client reporting in relation to outstanding registration requirements
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Degree in relevant area – business/finance/administration
- Experience in AML/Fraud Investigation/Risk/Customer Service in Financial Services
- Experience in a target driven environment, not essential but desired
- Confident ith good people skills
