ROLE: Senior Specialist, Process Data Analytics & Insights (Bio-Pharma)
LOCATION: Dublin (Hybrid, 3 days a week)
TYPE: Initial 12-month contract
Our client is seeking a Senior Specialist to join their ‘Process Data Analytics Capabilities & Insights’ team which resides within their Technical Operations function. The role is initially for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will drive the digital transformation of process data, collaborating with Manufacturing Systems and IT to enhance process understanding and enable data-driven decision-making. This role will act as the conduit between what process experts want, translating those requirements into a specification & present to IT for delivery (i.e. team of developers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain enterprise data assets and models (e.g., Discoverant, SIMCA).
- Support the lifecycle management of data analytics solutions, including change control and process coordination.
- Conduct data analysis and integrate new technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Deliver training and promote a data analytics culture across Technical Operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with data assets and models, preferably in biologic manufacturing.
- Must be proficient in statistical software (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Discoverant, SIMCA).
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Will suit someone with knowledge of biological manufacturing.
