ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead on global advisory transactions across multiple geographies such as IP restructuring, Pillar Two projects, business model optimisation projects and M&A transactions
- Collaborate with teams across EMEA and the firm’s Irish Desk in New York, coordinating international assignments.
- Coach and mentor junior team members within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
- Gain exposure (if desired) to secondment opportunities with leading global clients
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Strong corporate tax advisory experience gained within another professional services firm or/and industry
- A strong communicator with demonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team
- Strong commercial and market awareness
- An appetite to learn from other experts on the team and share knowledge and ideas
