ROLE: Senior Technical Business Analyst – Payments Compliance
LOCATION: Dublin
CONTRACT TERM: 6 months
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Payments network of relationships including with card brands, processors, and payment service providers while leading all aspects of operations for those partners. This role will be a key member of the payments team, working alongside Product, Engineering and Security teams to execute and support the requirements for PCI (Payments Card Industry) attestation. This is an initial 6 month contract.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain positive relationships with key partners within the Payments ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify, drive, and resolve requirements for PCI attestation.
- Identify and develop opportunities with existing partners to expand and improve the payments platform
- Be the primary point of contact to various partners, including but not limited to business partners, engineering squads and design.
- Collaborate with engineering partners to understand their business requirements and objectives
- Ensure that the requirements are clearly defined, well understood, and properly documented in the form of epics/User stories and signed off by all relevant partners.
- Support design/development teams in configuring and customizing PCI environment to meet our growing needs within the boundaries of the PCI 4.0.1 spec.
- Prepare training materials/operating manuals for technical users on the overall business flow in the new system/architecture where the functionalities are developed/delivered.

ABOUT THE PERSON:
You are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software development or business development experience and 3+ years working in the payments industry; experience working with e-commerce a plus.
- A self-starter attitude, who can drive forward initiative(s) to completion with the support of peers and partners.
- Experience navigating the Google Cloud Platform Console or similar cloud providers is a desired skill.
- Ability to lead and run cross-functional projects and interact across diverse roles including engineers, business partners, and senior leadership.
- Deep analytical skills to help drive the development of reporting, monitoring tools and other business processes to improve operational payments functions.
