ROLE: Service Delivery Manager
LOCATION: Dublin (Hybrid)
Barden are delighted to have been retained as exclusive partners by a leading Global Irish business to help identify a key member of their IT Operations team.
In this Ireland & UK focused role, you would lead a small team and manage external vendor relationships, with your main goal being to deliver, manage and improve IT services.
The successful candidate will have a strong hands-on technical background and will excel in a high speed environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- The delivery, management, and improvement of IT services to support the business.
- Lead and manage a team dedicated to service delivery and ensure that resource is sufficiently planned against priorities.
- Manage the relationships with service providers both internally and externally.
- Provide regular reporting and dashboards on IT service deliverables and core KPI’s.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Demonstrable experience of IT delivery in a commercial business.
- ServiceNow experience would be great.
- Previous experience of people management.
- Capable of communicating a technical message to non-technical experts in a clear, simple and diplomatic manner.
