Key to their strategy for 2023 and beyond , one of Ireland’s most well known consultancy firms have identified an opportunity to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager/ Senior Manager to lead Recruitment Operations for their regional offices.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This presents and opportunity for a senior recruitment/ talent acquisition professional to join (can be based near any of the firms regional offices) and partner with other Senior Leaders, working directly with Partners. There is a strong appetite for this role with growth opportunities for the right person and you will have both the support of an internal recruitment team and own the relationships with external recruiters.
Key areas of opportunity:
- Consultancy Recruitment across key pillars
Relationship building with Partners
Keeping up to date on market and keeping the internal team informed
Understanding Org Structures, ‘always on’ requirements, key strategic upcoming roles and building strategies/ plans around these staffing goals.
- Networking/ Business Partnering
Networking with Dublin colleagues and ensuring national strategies incorporate and promote your regional recruitment requirements.
Partnering with Marketing on strategies for regional teams
Being the ambassador for the firm at key regional networking events
- University/ Grad Recruitment
ABOUT THE PERSON:
The right person here is key, with the right approach, attitude and energy and for the right person, the flexibility they need can be supported in the following ways
- Strong recruitment experience required, in-house or agency recruitment consultancy experience
- Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Galway preferred
- Mainly WFH, with some trips to regional offices from time to time or can be office based if preferred
